Before you try to “college,” get real with your ADHD. That means:
Understanding your executive function quirks (time blindness, task initiation, working memory — oh my).
Identifying your strengths (creativity, hyperfocus, adaptability).
Knowing your kryptonite (10 p.m. study sessions that become YouTube rabbit holes).
